Our immersible ultrasonic transducers offer a liquid-tight solution with ultrasonic transducer elements, providing an alternative to those permanently affixed to cleaning tank surfaces. Their design offers notable advantages: ease of serviceability and compatibility with existing equipment, often without requiring extensive tank modifications. At Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics, our commitment to innovation extends to our immersible transducer lineup, where all our unique technologies are available.

Crafted to endure the rigors of heavy industrial use, our immersible transducers are constructed using robust materials, with standard units featuring heavy gauge 316L stainless steel. Other materials are available for specialized process applications. Prior to sealing, all units undergo meticulous pre-testing to ensure each transducer element meets precise specifications. Following full penetration welding for a secure seal, the units are rigorously function-tested in liquid before shipment.

Our immersible ultrasonic transducers are powered by Blackstone-NEY’s proprietary ultrasonic generators, capable of delivering up to 2,000 watts (average power) of ultrasonic power each. This efficiency reduces the number of required generators by as much as half, with the option to integrate multiple generators within a single electrical enclosure. Cooling and environmental protection features can also be incorporated based on specific needs.

Unlike traditional transducers, immersible ultrasonic transducers don’t necessitate attachment to the tank for efficient operation, apart from positioning. This versatility allows for easy relocation between tanks and adaptable positioning for specialized applications. Various mounting options are available to accommodate diverse setups.
