Just about everyone celebrates a holiday at this time of year. I celebrate Christmas. This year, my wife and I will be spending the first part of the holiday season break with our daughter, her husband and their son in Frisco, TX. Then it’s on to Ellicott City, MD to visit our son, daughter-in-law and their son and daughter. The grandkids are in the 3 to 6 year old range so that can be quite a challenge for 70+ year old grandma and grandpa!
I would like to remind everyone that this is also the season of giving. Please consider those less fortunate and contribute to your local charities. Local food pantries, soup kitchens, The Salvation Army, and countless other local charities really need and appreciate any help that you can give them.
I would like to join with my wife and family in wishing everyone a happy holiday season and a successful and prosperous new year.
