Line Modulated Sine Wave Output Signal. The sine wave output frequency is centered on the best frequency for your process, allowing for changes in liquid depth, temperature, surface tension, load variation and other factors. Ensures cleaning consistency and repeatability.

High Sweep Frequency Rate continually changes the output frequency to eliminate standing waves in the tank, enhancing cavitation intensity and cleaning uniformity.

Sweeping Bandwidth for better cleaning efficiency, enhanced cavitation uniformity and faster recovery.

Transitioning to Neptune D: A New Era in Ultrasonic Power

For over a decade, we’ve proudly supported the Neptune C generator — helping customers maintain reliable ultrasonic performance across countless applications. As of today, we are officially retiring service support for the Neptune C. Our inventory of service parts has been fully depleted, and many critical components are now obsolete and no longer available.

What This Means for You

If you’re currently using a Neptune C generator, here’s how to move forward with confidence:

  • Repair Requests: Customers seeking service for Neptune C 25 kHz (N25) or U1B 40 kHz generators will be referred to our sales team for a replacement Neptune D generator.
  • Seamless Compatibility: Neptune D features backwards-compatible RF connectors, ensuring a smooth and straightforward upgrade.
  • Configuration Guidance: To properly configure your Neptune D, please provide the number of transducers in your system. This allows us to match the generator inductors to your specific load.
  • High-Load Systems: If your system uses more than 24 transducers (previously supported by two Neptune C units), we recommend replacing both with a dual-channel Neptune D.
  • Compatibility Note: Systems using Blackstone B25 kHz transducers are not compatible with Neptune D. In these cases, both the generator and associated equipment will need to be replaced.

We’re Here to Help

We appreciate your understanding as we phase out support for this legacy product. Our sales team is ready to guide you through the transition and ensure you receive the right replacement solution tailored to your system.
